Scope
These terms cover use of this website. Client projects are governed by the separate signed agreement for that project, which takes precedence.
Estimates from the calculator
The calculator gives an indicative range for planning only. It is not a quotation and creates no contract. Firm pricing is issued in writing after a discovery call and defined scope.
Intellectual property
On final payment, the client owns the source code and IP produced specifically for their project. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools and frameworks, licensed for use within the delivered app. This website's content remains our property.
Payment
Projects are billed in milestones, typically 30% on kickoff, 40% at mid-project, 30% on delivery, unless the signed agreement states otherwise. Work may pause on overdue invoices.
Post-launch support
We fix defects in delivered work free for 60 days after launch. This covers defects, not new features or scope changes, which are quoted separately.
Liability
Our liability under any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of India; the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
